Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg were established on 11 June, 1992.

On may 26 2009 Avet Adonc was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (residence in Brussels).

In December 2005, Frank Engel was appointed Honorary Consul of the Republic of Armenia in Luxembourg.
